Founder and President

C. Lamont Smith is the founder and president of All Pro Sports and Entertainment, an internationally recognized, minority-owned sports agency. Throughout his distinguished career at All Pro, he has represented two Heisman Trophy winners, Barry Sanders and Eddie George, as well as five Hall of Famers: Jerome “The Bus” Bettis, Willie Roaf, Joe Thomas, Steve Atwater, and Sanders. Additionally, he has represented numerous top draft picks in both football and basketball.

Lamont is a certified agent with the NFLPA and NBPA. He is highly regarded for his expertise in contracts and business dealings as well as his trustworthiness. Mr. Smith has received various awards and was featured on the cover of Black Enterprise magazine as one of the first Black agents to represent superstar athletes. The New York Times and Sports Illustrated have acknowledged him as one of the most powerful sports agents in America.

He has held positions on several boards including Colorado Special Olympics, the Colorado Medical Board, and the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA), where he is also a member of BESLA’s Hall of Fame.

General Counsel

Brian joined the team at Ireland Stapleton in 2024 to continue his 20-year practice of representing clients in all manners of disputes (civil and criminal) with federal, state, and local taxing authorities—a practice commonly referred to as “tax controversy.” In his practice, Brian applies a practical and creative approach to de-mystify the procedural avenues available to taxpayers and combat the intimidation tactics employed by taxing authorities to ensure his client’s rights are protected, and they pay no more in tax than required.

Over his career, Brian has represented hundreds of clients in all manners of tax controversy, including:

  • Representing individual and business taxpayers of all sizes in IRS audits;
  • Protecting taxpayers in federal and state criminal tax investigations and litigation;
  • Advocating for Colorado businesses in state and local sales, use, occupational privilege, and business personal property tax audits;
  • Representing taxpayers in litigation with taxing authorities in the U.S. Tax Court, United States District Court, and Colorado state courts;
  • Helping non-compliant taxpayers (i.e.- non-filers) get back into compliance, including through the IRS’s regular and offshore voluntary disclosure programs;
  • Resolving tax liens and levies/garnishments; and
  • Negotiating past-due federal and state tax liabilities through Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, or being placed in “Currently Not Collectible” status.

Brian also enjoys representing members of the accounting profession in all manners of disciplinary proceedings (Colorado State Board of Accountancy, AICPA, the IRS Office of Professional Responsibility, and IRS Return Preparer Office); as well as defending them against malpractice claims.

As a recognized expert in his field, Brian is a highly sought after lecturer and panelists for continuing education courses to CPAs, accountants, and lawyers on both the technical and ethical aspects of his (and their) practice. He is also a past adjunct professor at the University of Denver’s Graduate Tax Program, teaching the nuts and bolts of federal and state employment taxes.

Founder and President

Garcia Major is a Boston native with a passion for sports, business, and helping others succeed.Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, he brings over 20 years of experience as a certified sports agent, entrepreneur, and business leader.

A former collegiate athlete and two-time All- American at Williams College, Garcia became a certified agent in 2005 with the Canadian Football League and National Football League.Since then, he’s dedicated his career to guiding professional athletes through contract negotiations, financial growth, and life beyond the game.

Garcia is known for his integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. A man of faith and a devoted family man, he believes in leading with purpose, staying grounded, and keeping relationships at the center of everything he does. His mission is simple: to empower athletes to make the most of their careers- and thrive long after the final whistle.

Administrator

Madinah is a highly organized and results-driven Executive Assistant with over 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives and senior leadership in fast-paced corporate environments.

Known for exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving, Madinah excels in managing complex calendars, coordinating high-stakes meetings, preparing executive-level communications, and maintaining seamless daily operations.

Madinah thrives in dynamic environments, balancing shifting priorities with a calm and professional demeanor. A natural multitasker and planner, she plays a key role in improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and contributing to executive and organizational success.
